PRICING

Currently our price range is $500 to $1500, with most pups between $500 and $1000. Determining factors as to the price include the puppy size, sex, confirmation, intelligence, disposition and personalty. We don’t set the price on a puppy until he or she is 5-7 weeks old.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders received before 5:00PM can shipped on the same day depending on your location While orders after 5:00PM will be shipped the following day. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by HappyTail Dachshund puppies or other parties as an accurate estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.

GUARANTEE POLICY

We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home one of our Mini Dachshund Puppies. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy counsellors, and die-hard puppy lovers, we’d like to

believe nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, certain things are never in our control. A puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We do not believe your puppy is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your puppy, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy. The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunizations and examinations. While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, color, markings or breeding ability of your new puppy. No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dyspepsia, are over-weight. Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including descended testes.

RETURN POLICY

We will gladly accept the return/exchange of our puppies within 03 months from the date of purchase assuming the puppy did not meet your specifications. Note that return shipping charges are not included in the credit and it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping. Returns/exchanges of our puppies may take up to 1 week for processing and credit may be issued on account.

MULTIPLE PUPPY ORDERS

For a multiple puppy order, we will make every attempt to ship all puppies contained in the order at the same time. You will only be charged for puppies contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges and at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt.

PROMOTIONS, COUPON CODES AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Promotions, coupon codes and special offers may not be combined with any other offer. Promotions, coupon codes and special offers are limited to one use per customer. Promotions and coupons do not apply to previous purchases. Coupon codes are not automatically applied to your order. Free shipping offers valid for standard ground delivery service in the 48 contiguous United Stages (Lower 48 States and District of Columbia) only and excludes freight orders.
